Every year, when November turns into December, we invite people to join us for Sunday Friends' annual Holiday Shopping Spree to benefit the families of Sunday Friends. The Shopping Spree helps make it possible for our families to experience a meaningful and memorable holiday of giving. They are able to earn, select, wrap and present gifts – the very ones purchased through the Shopping Spree - to their family members, using the tickets they've earned throughout the year.
This volunteer event is perfect for small groups and individuals who want to get into the spirit of the season –the season of giving. Join us as a shopper, or you may wish to donate or raise funds, all of which will be spent directly on holiday gifts – with a store discount! Shoppers are invited to bring their friends and family - plus $10 to $100 (or more) each - to shop for toys and holiday gifts for girls or boys or dads or moms. Prizes are awarded to the shopping teams in several fun categories.
The Holiday Shopping Spree of 2017 is scheduled for Friday evening November 5 and also Friday evening November 12 at the Hillsdale Target Store in San Jose. You will be able to choose a 1 1/2-hour shift within the window of 6:30PM to 9:00PM

By the way: Some groups prefer to create and run their own shopping spree. If that sounds good to you, read about Tips for a Do-It-Yourself Shopping Spree.
