JAMES McCASKILL. Executive Director, brings broad experience in the areas of children’s education, health, homelessness, and low-income community development through his board governance in seven nonprofit organizations, along with hands-on volunteering. Through leadership positions in faith-based organizations for over 16 years, he created and implemented strategic plans and developed and delivered outreach programs. He cultivated community partnerships with private, public, and international sectors to address pressing issues of health, housing, youth education, adult education, immigration, and the generational perpetuation of unemployment. As the leader of growing congregations, he enhanced organizational operations by training and mentoring staff, empowering leadership, developing personnel and financial policies, streamlining budgeting, and increasing volunteer participation and financial donations. Mr. McCaskill is also a professional speaker with vast experience with radio, newspaper interviews, television documentaries, universities, and schools.
