Felisa Legaspi-Carter is the Director of Operations and Strategy at Sunday Friends, where she leads the systems and strategic initiatives that ensure programs for families are delivered with clarity, consistency, and impact. She brings extensive experience across nonprofit operations, workforce development, and cross-sector environments including software and silicon manufacturing, shaping her practical and strategic approach to organizational effectiveness.
Before joining Sunday Friends, for nearly a decade, Felisa worked alongside Santa Clara County’s justice system, supporting justice-involved and exposed youth and adults as they pursued workforce pathways and long-term stability. Today, she partners with leadership and staff to translate vision into action, strengthen internal infrastructure, and foster sustainable growth, guided by her belief that well-designed systems empower people and amplify community impact.
