Paulam Chang is a seasoned enterprise leadership executive with a deep commitment to community empowerment, financial literacy, and youth development. As the Senior Director for Enterprise Applications at G-P, Paulam specializes in driving operational excellence, scaling complex ecosystems, and leading high-performing global teams. She excels at transforming complex strategic visions into structured, sustainable real-world outcomes.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Paulam is a passionate advocate for fostering the next generation of innovators and changemakers. For the past four years, she has founded and run a recurring Youth Business Fair, providing young entrepreneurs with a platform to launch businesses, develop financial literacy, and build real-world leadership skills. Her dedication to grassroots impact is further reflected in her hands-on work with Sunday Friends, where she has served as a DBM mentor for two cohorts, directly supporting families as they build the foundational skills necessary to break the cycle of poverty.

An alumna of the School of Computing at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Paulam brings a unique blend of technical foresight, governance mindset, and empathetic leadership to the Board of Directors. She is eager to leverage her background in strategic scaling, program mentorship, and community-driven entrepreneurship to help expand Sunday Friends' reach.
