Thuy Le is a results-driven project management professional with over 15 years of experience spanning construction, program development, and community-based organizations. As an Associate Project Manager at Technical Builders, Inc., she leads multi-million-dollar construction projects from concept through closeout, bringing expertise in budget management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance. Her work reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence and quality delivery. A lifelong advocate for underserved populations, Thuy has held both professional and volunteer roles supporting youth, seniors, immigrants, and health-focused initiatives across the Bay Area. She currently serves on Technical Builders’ charity committee, advancing local causes through financial support and hands-on service. Thuy holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Community Change from San Jose State University.
